Recovery, the Chalk way.
Recovery isn't an afterthought. The suite is designed to sit alongside the training floor so it slots into your routine instead of becoming another errand. Full details once construction wraps.
Here's what's landing. A cold plunge set cold enough to mean it — the kind of two-minute reset that takes the edge off a heavy session and sharpens your head for the next one. An infrared sauna to loosen tight muscles and flush the legs after a hard week of running and lifting. Run the two back to back for contrast therapy, hot to cold, the fastest way we know to take swelling down and turn the dial back up.
A mobility and stretching zone rounds it out — foam rollers, bands, a proper space to work through the bits that get ignored when you're chasing a clock. Train hard enough and recovery stops being optional; it's where the adaptation actually happens, where you hold form into the back half of a workout and come back fresher the next day.
